In addition to typical border surveys, Boundary Consultants performs ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys. These surveys carry with them more detailed reports than a normal boundary survey by taking more factors into account. Some of these details include, boundaries set by water, whether a public road is accessed on the property, cemeteries and more.
Before an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey can even be performed, extensive research must be completed so as to eliminate any encroachments onto the property. We also work closely with a title company to clear up and resolve any title issues that may exist.
