Started by another firm. The developer liked the way we fixed up projects so we were retained to work this project and multiple others. Golf course, the roads, main infrastructure and helped with the design.
Teamed with McNeill Engerring and served the Cold Water Ranch (+|-70,000 Acres). We were hired to fulfill on all boundary consulting and surveying work.
